Installing new systems, up-gradation of systems in various departments.
Securities like Anti Virus, Internet Security and responsible for firewall, etc.
Daily backup management of all the data of the company.
Restore the data for users whenever required.
Solve user's problem at their site or by other communication.
Managing Exchange Server, email ids, and other ITS requirements
Managing all server data like new reports creation and other timely reports.
Fill in the requirement of printer cartridge, and all consumables.

Monthly backup of Tapes / External Hard Drives.
Creation of Original Software/systems list in the company.
Managing wireless network.
Photocopy machines, scanners, fax machines and PSC printers, laser printers, Dot Matrix Printer, Line printers all come under the EDP Department.
Training to the user about new systems, software, reporting methodology, usage of phones, explains EDP policy, training of system and software, and HMS.
Repair and reinstall the old systems and if not possible in the company then make returnable gate pass and send them to the vendor for repair.
