Minimum Qualification
DIPLOMA

Any Degree / Diploma with proven work experience as a IT support engineer.
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Installing and configuring computer systems and responding to IT support requests.
Diagnose & Resolve software, networking, or hardware issues.
Repairing hardware malfunctions and managing annual maintenance contract with vendors.
Maintaining IT Asset register and managing movement of IT Assets
Implementing network connectivity at project offices and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
Procuring coordination for IT equipment\xe2\x80\x99s / consumables and Vendor Coordination
Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
Working Knowledge on CCTV Installation and configuration
Working Knowledge on Printer Installation and configuration
Working Knowledge on UPS Installation and configuration
