The company is looking to increase its team size and looking to add smart, resourceful and ambitious recruiters in its team. Designation: Recruitment Consultant Experience Required: 0-2 years, Freshers are welcome Job Location: D-407, Titanium City Centre , Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Salary : 16-22 thousand take home + Incetives office time : 10:00 PM to 6:00 PM , 2nd & 4 Saturday off Job Profile:

• Sourcing candidates applications through Job Portals, Social Media and networking
• Engaging with candidate during entire life cycle of recruitment process
• Ensuring closure of positions within tight timelines
• Managing relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction
• Collecting recruitment priorities from clients HR and prioritize the supply of candidates/ built candidate Pipeline with the help of the recruitment team.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle and keep candidates warm till joining.
• Ensuring on-time delivery, identifying gap areas and must communicate issues to respective heads that may impact the deadlines and also, suggest viable solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Fair understanding of IT Positions
• Strong Communication Skills
• Negotiating Skills
• Must be open to work under pressure and structure data steadily (on Google drives/spreadsheets) should be good in reporting & analysis.
• You must be an exceptional communicator and a great negotiator. You should be good at maintaining relations & interaction with senior members to discuss the metrics.
