Responsibilities and DutiesKey duties and responsibilities Customer care Executive:
  • Answering Inbound Call from Customers, and Clients.
  • Making Outbound Calls to Customers and Clients
  • Entering New Register Candidate Into System
  • Responsible for accurate data entry and into CRM
  • Responsible for the processing of all data of candidates into CRM(electronic and manual).
  • Reference Check Calls Candidate Pre-Interview Calls
  • Meeting set KPIs and Financial targets
  • Preparation and presentation of client rates in accordance with specific awards Analysing and assessing company performance against our competitors
  • Daily reporting to Recruitment Manager
  • Update and maintain internal database "CRM"
  • Accurate communication within the Operations team to ensure clients' needs are met Keeping up to date with Industry trends, changes and current legislations in line with labour hire and general recruitment
  • Forecasting client's demands and expectations, ensuring they are met always
  • Ensuring that productivity, efficiency and quality are maintained always
  • Coordination of meetings and appointments - Internal and external
  • Create awareness of the OzStaff brand in the marketplace
  • Client reporting
  • Recruit to meet forecast demand plus a number to meet anticipated peaks
  • Recruit fairly and with equal opportunity
  • Video Interview Candidates
  • Specify the recruitment standards.
  • Maintain brand representation and integrity always seeking to add value to a client's HR team through recruitment and service delivery processes.
  • Manage Risk internally and externally with people, systems, sites, and environments.
Please note - Applicants should be willing to work for 6 Days a week.Key responsibilities:

  • Enthuse customers to grow their business through site visits and quality customer service.

Compliance:
  • Work with HR/Compliance, and Finance team to ensure that Operations Team remains vigilant in obeying all legal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures so engagement with clients and candidates are aligned and no breach occurs to policies, procedures, or rules.
Incumbent Qualifications/Skill Sets: 1-3 years of Recruitment Industry Experience, with leadership in Operations.High level of Commercial awareness. Presentation skills. Articulate. Proficient in IT. Logical thinker with numeracy and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated plan for department and staff development.Strong negotiation, customer service/sales skills and ability to work under pressure to meet targetsSkills/Qualifications: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL CALLING NEED TO APPLY
