Brief Role : Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Must have good knowledge on IT Skills/Technologies. Responsible for generating new Clients through Cold Calling, resume posting, LinkedIn and other sources available on the internet. Should possess good skills in lead generation through various source and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relationship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Should be good enough to understand all IT requirements from clients. Should have good negotiation skills.
