Job Description

Hi, Urgently we are looking for IT Recruiter in our company. You must have good working exposure on LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals. Experience: Minimum 6 months Joining: Immediate Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Timing- 10 am to 7 pm 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. Job description: -

  • We are looking for a supporting hand, technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
  • The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. 2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. 3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. 4. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. 5. Performing background and reference checks. 6. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager. 7. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork. 8. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Requirements: 1. Must have minimum 6 months. 2. A good understanding of technology and technical skills. 3. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. 4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. 5. Notice Period: - Immediate to 15 days max. Interested candidates can share your profiles with all details. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month Benefits:
