We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in C2H hiring. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and placing top IT talent on contract-to-hire basis. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate client interviews and offer negotiations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system. Cultivate and nurture relationships with candidates. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, specializing in C2H hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and using recruiting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
