Hands-on experience in Contract, C2H Hiring. Hunting for the right fitment and making them understand the company culture, job requirements, and crosschecking fitment of the candidate with respect to the requirement Scheduling interviews timely of shortlisted candidates after the initial screening round Ensure fulfillment of the open positions within TAT with the best suitable candidate possible. Maintaining the Recruitment Database up to date Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates. Create monthly reports. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies Excellent written and verbal Communication skills ..
