As Citi Global Wealth Technology (CGWT) IT Project Technology Lead within Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT), will report directly to the Citi Global Wealth Technology Consent Order Transformation Lead. Liaise between Citi Private Bank (CPB) technology teams and business partners including cross-functional connects and CAO transformation office. Primarily responsible for the Consent Order Book of Work governance, status reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple functional areas. Responsible to guide the Program and Project Managers across multiple technology workstreams towards the consent order governance processes and guidelines. Assists the CPB Wealth Consent Order Program on key focus areas with aim towards continuous improvement. This is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
Support CPB/Wealth Consent Order Transformation Lead in Consent Order Book of Work Governance
Assess Consent technology scope and identify impacts to technology groups
Review current Consent Book of Work to identify synergies and process improvements
Facilitate Consent Transformation workshops to align cross-functional priorities and execution plans
Lead Consent Transformation status review meetings, highlighting key risks and issues to Transformation lead
Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects
Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Skills Required:
Experience in global IT organization setup working across multiple functional areas and teams
Similar level of experience with Book of Work oversight related role
Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Proficient in creating presentations for senior stakeholders consumption
Project Tracking System (PTS 2.0), Agile delivery tools (E.g. JIRA) and collaborative tools (E.g. Confluence) experience preferred
MS PowerPoint, MS Excel functionalities (macros, VLOOKUP's etc.) to navigate through various data and summarize for better consumption
Ability to take on the work with minimum guidance and lead as own initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
Flexible and adaptable
Qualifications:
6+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
Preferred professional certifications: PMP - Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master - Scaled Agile Framework, Any PMO related professional learning
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
