The candidate ( Designer /web developer /SEO expert /Tester ) will also apply for this post with 3 to 5 years of experience.Work from Office onlyOnly Female candidates. : We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all the project operations from inception to execution. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members.Responsibilities and Duties: Team Handling experience -

• We expect the hired person to handle the team and ensure that everyone in the team is delivering the projects
• Handle individual projects and Deliverables
• Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
• Able to code with team in a problem
• Review / Improve upon current processes
• Should ensure whole team is following same coding standards.
• Training the team to deliver the projects
• Self-ownership for management of work
• Weekly status and monthly status reporting to CEO of the company
• Create project plans with relevant team members
• Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
• Maintain the project budget.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.

Skills :

• Experience 1-3 years in delivering the projects related to both backend and frontend technologies
• A clear understanding of the Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
• Experience training rising talent in the technology department
• The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
• Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
