Job Title: IT Project Manager Job Type: Full-time Salary: 4 LPA- 6LPA Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (in-office) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a team of IT professionals in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects while meeting budgetary and quality goals. Responsibilities:

• Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute and deliver multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Effectively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors
• Track project progress and report on status, budget, and outcomes to senior management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project criteria
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to team members and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience leading software development projects using Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
• Experience in risk management, portfolio management, and budget management
• PMP certification is a plus
