In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the successful end to end delivery of complex IT projects through disciplined and accepted GO-TECH PMOCoE processes for both Waterfall and Agile Projects. The IT Project Manager will work collaboratively with the PMO Capacity Management team to assign project resources. To be successful, this will require the balancing of schedules, scope, and budget with project sponsors, business partners, vendors and service providers. Ongoing communications is critical including reporting of tasks, deliverables, budgets, and escalation of risks and issues. Role Responsibilities

• Serves as a scrum master for 2-4 development teams, composed of engineers, product managers, experience analytics to ensure predictable delivery of high quality of product features.
• Manage a team of highly skilled analytics, configuration developers.
• Create and maintain team roadmaps and backlogs with the cross functional, cross region, distributed stakeholders .
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, kick-offs, retrospectives, etc.
• Risk identification by analyzing the upstream and downstream dependency.
• Help the team with story creation, estimation, and planning processes.
• Provide project status and estimates to all the stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross functional project activities.

Role Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing cross functional, strategic projects
• Software/Data/analytics professional + TPM experience.
• Hands on agile software product development methodologies.
• Track record of successfully executing complex. High-impact projects working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience in managing, development teams in a global environment.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks is Plus.
• Experience with CDN is plus.
• Understanding of SDLC and experience in establishing processes, standards, and governance to bring efficiency with development teams.
• Prior report development experience is Plus.
