Our Digital Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned "IT Project Manager" professionals with hands-on experience.

The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyse technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.

The responsibilities are primarily technical, although there is a strong element of functional understanding of the business process.

• Plan and set direction for multiple concurrent projects of varying size or a large (enterprise/cornerstone) project that supports several businesses and/or functions.
• Responsible for the quality and delivery of systems and or service commitments on schedule, using assigned internal/external resources and following standards.
• Manage/lead all phases beginning to end of the project.
• Assist clients in identifying, understanding and responding to opportunities for cost-effective innovation and adherence to corporate policies.
• Manage activities of all internal/external resources on projects or service deliverables.
• May be accountable for one or more business systems, technologies and/or vendors. May be responsible for a small number of direct reports.
• Accountable for large (cornerstone/enterprise) or several varying size projects, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate strong business knowledge, require limited direction, give significant direction, handle highly complex problems, possesses extensive knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, have strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage/lead entire project or service including technical solution, implementation, support and quality. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation on multiple large projects.
• Prioritize work and schedules.
• Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence standards/regulatory requirements.
• Interact with customers to understand their business and to anticipate IT solutions based on business and technical knowledge. Manage the customer relationship with business project sponsor.
• Responsible for capital and expense project budget. Assist the business in capital and expense planning for IT projects as well.
• Provide direct supervision and mentoring of project team member?s during the project. Provide project performance feedback to the team member?s supervisor/manager
• Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services. 8)Participate in setting direction and standards for the portfolio or group.

Qualifications:

• In generality as a specific role may require experience in a specific business function or experience with specific software tools or packages those skills would be specified.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily and demonstrated in prior work experience.
• Expert in project management/processes and/or SDLC.
• Strong business acumen.
• Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Proven track record on delivering large scale projects.
• Prudent risk taker. Leadership and budget experience.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated history of successful project delivery Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or relevant work experience.
• 10- 15 years of systems experience including 3+ years of project leadership.
