This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive projects to successful completion.:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Develop risk management plans and strategies to address potential challenges.Implement best practices to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience (minimum 10+ years) in IT project management, with a focus on retail and ecommerce.Strong understanding of retail and ecommerce processes, technologies, and best practices.Certified Scrum Master or PMP is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
