About the department

The position is based in Digital Workplace product area department, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Infrastructure, Operations, Global Service Desk, and Digital Workplace Services. The GITO Digital Workplace APAC department is a self-propelled unit based out of Bangalore, India working in an agile setup with global product teams for various digitalisation, communication, collaboration, and automation IT platforms. The growing team constitutes of experienced Digital Collaborations and platform Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical and Business Analysts who work together with our Danish and US team to cater to Digital workplace requirements for Novo Nordisk employees. As an area we are responsible for Microsoft 365 Platforms, PowerPlatform, Novo Nordisk Meeting experience and collaboration technologies, Computing and Mobile platforms and devices. Together we focus on how to build a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations.

The Position

As an Operation Analyst II - Power Platform, you will be responsible for

  • Operations, maintenance and administration of Microsoft Power Platform and allied services such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI , Dataverse, Data connectors etc.
  • Execute development stories within the DACE (Digitalisation, Automation, Communication and Engagement) team in Digital Workplace product area as an integral part of the agile delivery team.
  • Technical troubleshooting, problem investigation and user query resolution for Power Platform products.
  • Manage stakeholders and vendors across Novo Nordisk for Power Platform as L2/L3 analyst. Strive for operational excellence in liaison with the service manager within the platform operations.
  • Keep up to date with latest and changing MS and other relevant technology impacting Power platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors\' or Masters in relevant field with 4-8 years of experience with IT Product/Service industry.
  • At least 2 year of relevant experience in Power Platform and Power BI administration (Power Platform custom connector .gateway ,environment management etc.).
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge.
  • Good understanding of Azure fundamentals.
  • Understanding of ITIL process and systems.
Good to have:
  • Experience working in Agile project delivery and DevOps set up.
  • Knowledge about cloud infrastructure and data verse is an advantage.
  • Certified in Power Platform Fundamentals.
  • Experience from working in a large global complex organisation is an advantage.
