About the department

Global IT India was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Global IT in HQ. From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 500+ employees till date. The main role of Global IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management.

The Position

As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the IT Infrastructure, audits and compliance levels for one or more product and supply IT Infrastructure service, System of IT Infrastructure as per Novo Nordisk norms.
• Ensure that IT infrastructure and processes are compliant with internal and external regulatory environments by develop policies and process documents for PS IT Infrastructure.
• Periodic assessments and reviews of the infrastructure platform documents. Act as a Quality Consultant for internal and external audit for production infrastructure, quality and compliances.
• Collaboration with the System Managers Security, IT Architects, Infrastructure service, IT Vendors & project Managers and stakeholders in line of business
• Need to face audit is a must have skill with capacity of Updation of SOP's.

Qualifications

• Master's / Bachelor's degree or relevant technology experience with high level technical certifications (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 7+ years of experience working within IT Infra, IT Compliance and Quality consultancy services.
• 6+ years working with key stakeholders and decision makers outside India in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Work experience & good knowledge in Infrastructure qualification, compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry, GxP knowledge will be an advantage.
• IT Compliance experience from an international service or consultancy firm.
• Any internationally recognized Quality certification.
• Experience supporting CFR 21 Part 11 validated systems.
