About the Role As an IT Operations Analyst you\'ll play an integral role in supporting the company\'s technology operations and processes. You will partner with internal technology groups to repair critical systems to ensure that they are operational and productive. This role includes on-call duties on a rotational basis to investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate outages with other technical teams.Responsibilities Understanding of servers, Active Directory, and other related technologies to maintain and repair systems in a primarily VMware-based technology infrastructure. Collaborating with database administrators, network administrators, storage technicians, and others to improve and remediate errors and outages. Utilizing a ticketing system to seek out new tasks without constant supervision or direct ticket assignment. Communicating effectively using Office 365-based email, Teams, and phone calls. Requirements 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Windows Systems Administration (including Windows Active Directory, IIS, .Net environments) 2+ years of experience working in a VMware vSphere hypervisor environment 2+ years of experience in operational support and problem resolution for Windows-based systems. Understand enterprise computing technologies such as enterprise storage, VDI, proxy, antivirus, and other commonly deployed systems in enterprise business environments. 1+ year of experience with enterprise ticketing system used for work assignment and tracking Able to effectively communicate with peers and others in non-technical roles. Able to smoothly integrate into a team of peers and collaborate. Able to operate on long-term tasks without constant supervision and remain calm and methodical during periods of elevated stress Provide support on rotational on-call basis, including occasional night/weekend Flexible Working Remote work: Enjoy the convenience of working from home and maximize your time by unplugging at the end of your work day.
