Create applications for macOS and Windows OS that will be deployed using Intune and SCCM.

Prioritized application packaging requests to meet hard dead-lines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Assisted in the creation of a SharePoint application packaging website for application owners globally to submit requests and track progress from start to completion.

Worked closely with application owners on any or all of the application request phases until completion.

Use Intune/SCCM to deploy the application first to the UAT environment and then to the Production environment.

Performed QA tests for the applications in production, worked as a primary interface with the business users and passed the application through User Acceptance phase.

Troubleshooting of all packages and delivery in the environment.

Make Quality Assurance test documentation based on the requirements of the company and performed the testing to make sure the quality of packing is maintained.

Document installation and troubleshooting procedures for all approved software.

Simplify installation process for all users.

Thoroughly test application packages for issues prior to being rolled out to the environment.

Work as a team player is very important to me to learn and grow in the company.
