Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply Chain Systems (SCS) is currently looking for an Information Technology Manager \xe2\x80\x93 SAP Solutions to join their Solution Delivery team to drive Enterprise Portfolio across Finance, Environment Health and Safety (EH&S), and Facilities and Asset Management (FAM) portfolio. This position will focus on directly managing a team of architects and functional analysts and leading the delivery of key initiatives within the Enterprise product family. An ideal candidate will be excited for the challenge to transform and think critically on many Information Technology capabilities and projects. As a leader, you are encouraged to be a combination of a technical leader and an effective people manager. You will manage and grow a talented team tasked with solving complex problems in an environment with full of opportunities. You will develop and drive strategy to hire, develop and mobilize talent for the organization. You will set clear objectives and goals for the team and enable the team to deliver and use operating mechanisms to continually assess progress and improve. You should be effective in interaction with senior technical and functional leaders to lead change through business processes and technologies. Position Responsibilities:

• Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Proven success in leading teams delivering IT solutions, including both SAP and non-SAP projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various technical team leaders in a globally distributed team
• Previous experience of using multiple methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, DevOps
• Complete knowledge of the concepts and processes of managing a software system throughout the entire life cycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of briefing senior leaders
• Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis.
• Develops and performs project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 12+ years of experience

• Acquiring resources for project activities, providing technical management and leading process improvements
• Managing budget and financial plan for the team
• Designing and maintaining relationships and partnership with customers, vendors, stakeholders, peers and direct reports
• Providing oversight and approval of technical approaches for products and processes
• Managing, developing and motivating employees as appropriate
• Working closely with senior leadership to define product strategies, priorities, and tactical plans.
• Experience in Process Improvement and Lean+ is desired. Desired focus areas include Application Design and Agile/DevOps Application Development, SAP and/or Systems
• Domain knowledge in Finance and Supply Chain

• Experience in Aerospace domain
• Experience with Supply Chain IT leadership
• Experience delivering and executing SAP projects
• Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams within a matrix management structure
• Experience in transforming delivery teams to use different working methodologies
• Experience of using collaboration tools like JIRA, ADO
• Experience recruiting, training and leading each team member to reach their potential
• Cross team collaboration and navigating organizational politics to achieve outcomes
• Ability to highlight risks/issues effectively and timely so these can be addressed in time
• Identifying opportunities with business case to improve the current state and question the status-quo.
• 12+ years\xe2\x80\x99 IT experience working in a technical role with at least 2 years in a Management capacity
• 10+ years of experience developing business systems and processes in large and sophisticated business environment
• Understanding of Agile Application Development Lifecycle and methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps Toolsets
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams distributed across multiple countries

Typical Education/Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Masters Degree with 12+ years of experience
