Job Description


Install, configure and administer all computers and devices connected in network Daily monitoring of different systems, UPS, EPABX, Switches and Internet links Raising support tickets with respective vendors for issues found and solving them Responsible for daily Backup/recovery of servers and file data residing on different systems Filling the daily checklist and RCA based on monitoring and findings Maintaining and updating inventory as per the register format Interacting with vendors for solving issues, getting service, delivery, getting Quotes and processing payments for procured services and equipment Also submitting the summery of details Install, configure and Administer Windows server with different services and roles (AD, DHCP,DNS WSUS, Etc) Creating users, groups and deploying group policy via windows Active directory and creatingmailboxes in Office 365 Finding the H/W and S/W requirements for users and infrastructure Qualification UG Qualification B.Tech/B.E - Computers PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
