Job Description


IT Tech Support-Executive

    • To provide IT Application Support and Service including remote monitoring of application servers
    • Application Server Monitoring and Reporting
    • Client/Customer Product Training
    • L1- 1st level Trouble shooting, Configuration, Activation, Deactivation of devices
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills of IT WEB Applications
    • Experience in Interpretation of System performance reports
    • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent at time management, work well independently & in team
    • 24 X 7 On Call for Operations and Production Service Support
    • Required to manage and monitor Web and Database Server
    • Day to day Polling activity Data Analysis & Reporting with exposure to running SQL Queries and tools
    • Should be proficient in English,Hindi,Japan and Kannada as it requires interaction with the client
    • Providing L1, L2 technical support 24*7 by handling hotline number

Qualification: BE/ Diploma in Computers and IT Experience: 1-2 years
