Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Within the newly combined function of IT Risk, Compliance& Data Protection, part of the Cybersecurity department, this role is implemented for addressing the following activities:

• He/She identifies compliance requirements applicable to IT department
• He/She consolidates compliance needs in the compliance register.

• He/She establishes, implements and maintains IT Compliance processes processes designed to ensure compliance on transversal requirements over the various topics:, including (but not limited to)
  • Data Leakage Detection
  • Data subject requests (DSR) for IS&T systems (following GDPR / information self-determination requirements)
  • eDiscovery
  • Digital signatures for documents
  • Information label implementation (Sensitivity labels - PII labels - Trade Secret labels)
  • Retention policies (following the record management requirements)
  • IS&T readiness for Dawn Raid
  • Regulatory Compliance (Privacy - Data localization - Export restrictions regulations (e.g. US & India) - Critical infrastructures regulations)

• He/She defines and communicates on roles & responsibilities and governance principles for IT compliance management
