Job Scope/Complexity
This role is requiring a deep knowledge of SE security policies to ensure the controls implemented for the critical assets are aligned with the directions approved per policy.
The role will also require building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships across various practices and functions. Transversal collaboration is key and required. Capacity to influence and lead is appreciated.
He/she will work independently. Technical knowledge is a pre-requisite but also communication skills and strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and milestone, quality in deliverables without tight supervision.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• The IT Security Specialist will work with Crown Jewels (CJ) application, platform, and infrastructure owners to ensure that Crown Jewels progressively improve their cybersecurity posture and uninterruptedly meet cybersecurity requirements and policies.
• Maintain and constantly improve the CJ requirements/controls framework:
  • Challenge and update controls, descriptions, or examples for better understanding
• Engage with the control owners to improve the controls
• Maintain/update necessary details associated with requirements/controls (policies, guidelines, templates, etc.)
• Perform in-depth reviews of documentary evidences: act as \xe2\x80\x9cauditor\xe2\x80\x9d
• Manage Crown Jewels community (adoption, training, communication).
  

Qualifications
Qualifications include:

• BA/BS in information technology/computer science/information required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology
• 1+ years of experience in information security/IT audit or compliance
• Project management experience required.
• Excellent level of English is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with senior level.
• Good tool/IT acumen.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity control, program, and risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, IEC62443\xe2\x80\xa6
• Align with all SE core values - Act like owner and dare to disrupt to synergize the program across SE.
• Agile and fast learner.
• Security certification is a plus.
