The opportunity

Project Management
o Project manage the delivery of Global projects to the R&D business. Build roles and responsibilities. Manage project status reports, gantt charts and managerial status reports.
o Host project meetings and track and organise deliverables.
o Work with a limited degree of supervision.

\xef\x83\x98 Stake Holder Management and learning business process requirements
o Provide support to Global R&D sites for applications such as NuGenesis ELN, SDMS, IDBS, Blue Mountain RAM through tight stakeholder management, learn the business processes to understand the processes that can be integrated into the global informatics applications.
o Remotely support other Teva sites across multiple zones as needed.

How you\'ll spend your day

\xef\x83\x98 SDLC and change control requests
o Development of validation strategies
o Complete validation deliverables for implementations
o Contribute to the validation of software applications/modules and associated interfaces according to business needs and internal procedures (Support system upgrades, change control, retrospective validation, software add-on installations where capable).
o Work within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
o Work with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and processes.
o Ensure compliance with Data Integrity requirements and remediation activities for Laboratory systems.
o Author, review and contribute to SOP revisions

Your experience and qualifications

\xef\x83\x98 Partnership with extended teams
o Interface directly with Business, QA and IT infrastructure functional areas
o Provide guidance to GAUS support team for support for Global informatics applications
Qualifications:

\xef\x83\x98 Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, degree in life sciences, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
\xef\x83\x98 At least 3 years\' experience in a global project management role

\xef\x83\x98 Experience in regulated environment (GLP, GCP or GMP)
\xef\x83\x98 Experience in 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP policies
\xef\x83\x98 Experience in project management (Agile or Waterfall)
\xef\x83\x98 Experience in providing remote business analyst support to laboratory system users in a highly regulated environment within the Pharmaceutical Industry
\xef\x83\x98 Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team

Knowledge & Skills:

\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of workflows in the laboratory space
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge and experience of cGMP and its implementation to laboratory instrumentation and laboratory processes
\xef\x83\x98 Excellent customer service skills - interfacing with business stakeholders, vendors and other IT groups
\xef\x83\x98 Excellent Organizational Skills - ability to manage time and multiple tasks
\xef\x83\x98 Strong problem-solving skills
\xef\x83\x98 Has developed proficiency in a range of IT processes or procedures through job-related training
\xef\x83\x98 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
