Job description: Compliance Training Track Partner will be part of IT Applications delivery, OCM team, responsible for project Compliance Training activities and Training coordination. Among Training this position delivers Workforce Management activities according to Unit needs

• Ensuring compliance training requirements are met so project teams can perform their work
• Support IT and Business colleagues worldwide regarding compliance training processes related to SAP ECC / HPLM and Smart team
• Create and maintain Compliance curricula, including monitoring training completion of project team members
• Constantly verify training materials are up to date, and perform necessary amendments if required
• Provide ongoing compliance status reports and work together with other units in order to take system access actions (revoke, fixing issues, etc.)
• Approve training completion in IDM requests for project team system access/Solving IDM-LMS integration issues
• Support the onboarding/Off boarding processes for users related to ENT Program from workforce and compliance perspective
• Be part of the workforce management working with the team in different areas as: Documentation management, Purchase of services through Ariba, Security checks, etc.
