Information Technology Associate RoleYou will be responsible for general oversight of technological solutions across Chillibreeze and its units. You will be working with a team to innovate and implement tech solutions that will help Chillibreeze to stay ahead and be up to date with recent technology. The overall role is to enable the Chillibreeze team to work effectively while also encouraging them to be more productive by being more innovative in finding ways and means to serve our customers better.Primary Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Manage Helpdesk for tickets assigned.\xc2\xb7 Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain vendor relationships such as internet service providers etc.\xc2\xb7 Proactive IT maintenance for IT infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Project Management\xc2\xb7 Collaboration with other teams and vendors\xc2\xb7 Work with the team to leverage technology\xc2\xb7 Training and adoption of tools and applications\xc2\xb7 Implementing new technology solutions such as tools and applications\xc2\xb7 Discover and communicate new features of current applications\xc2\xb7 Tools and Applications management\xc2\xb7 Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer and company data\xc2\xb7 Research and developmentRequirements\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Microsoft Office applications\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with Sincere Care\xc2\xb7 Reliable, hardworking, humble, willingness to learn and ability to work seamlessly with the team\xc2\xb7 Good comprehension and communication skills\xc2\xb7 Tech savvyEligibility\xc2\xb7 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any degree with computer skills.Starting Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000 to \xe2\x82\xb9 25,000 per month
