Primary Skills
1. Hands on experience on Linux & Windows server
2. Good understanding and hands on experience on Networking, IP Subnetting, WIFI Access points, Switches, Sophos UTM Firewall and Network security, VLAN, VPN, CCTV
3. Understanding and hands on experience on virtualization technologies like VMWare, Citrix, Public/Private Cloud Technologies will be added advantage
4. TCP/IP Protocol knowledge like DNS, http, ftp, https, smtp, etc.
5. Very good troubleshooting skills, and can work and fix user's Laptop related issues
6. Should have understanding and hands on experience in Ticketing tool. Inventory management knowledge will be added advantage
