Job Description
:
1) Candidate must have minimum 15 years to 2o years of experience.
2)Strong in Admin & IR matters
3) Working experience in Construction Industry must
4) Must have the ability to deal with formers and Government officials for taking clearance in ROW issues and land acquisition
5)Fluent in Hindi is required
6) Law candidate is added advantage for our requirement
7) must have the knowledge about local conditions
8) Ability to mobilize required workman for site
9) to deal with local municipalities authorities , Gram Panchayat officials
10) Keeping a good repo with client
11) Keeping good repo with Labour department officials
12) have better control over site IR Matters
13) keeping good repo and contact with Police department officials
14) Strong knowledge in Computer Application
15) Ability to adopt new technologies whenever required
