Function/Business Area :
Sales and Distribution * Location :
Customer Operations, Mumbai RCP, Maharas * Job Responsibilities :
1. Handle end to end technical solutions, delivery and projects
2. Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed
deliverables
3. Provide technical solution and services as per customer requirements
4. Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during
project lifecycle
5. Develop, drive and monitor project delivery timelines
6. Monitor and report progress of projects to all the stakeholders
8. Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output
9. Prepare weekly project report and performance metrics and submit to
customers
10. Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for
execution of projects * Education Requirement :
B.E. / B.Tech
MBA / M.Tech (Preferred) &
PMP Certification * Experience Requirement :
5 - 10 Years * Skills & Competencies :
1. Understanding of customer application ecosystem and management
2. Problem solving skills
3. Analytical skills
4. Project management skills
5. Communication skills
