Lead and participate actively in Smart IOT Product & Platform solution development to drive the digital transformation of our customers in the Process Industries. Responsible for establishing technical credibility and can drive discussions with CTOs, CIOs, Chief Architects, etc. Drive deep architectural discussions to ensure IOT solutions are designed and delivered for successful deployment in the cloud or edge. Technical guidance & win-win alignment between business requirements and use cases. Plan and implement the activities of configuration per design requirement, conduct conference room pilots, Demo's, POC and resolve any queries related to requirements and solution design - to bring a pursuit to closure. Will be responsible for creating & delivering IOT solutions in Industry 4.0 space. Will be responsible for the solution conceptualization, design, development of Industrial IOT related projects. Support proposal development by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value-creating strategies (innovation, growth, profit) and models for customers. Design & implement measurable go-to-market activities & initiatives aligned with the objectives of the business group. Will be responsible to handle Industrial solutions for multiple manufacturing projects. Must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the solution delivery. Plan, coach, and support regional sales teams on technical enablement and value discovery and assessment method. Use your skills to move the world forward. 7+ years of experience in the Industry, minimum 3+ years of experience in the Internet of Things area. BE / B.tech / M.tech in Information Technology, Mechanical , Electrical or Automation Engineering, Process engineering or comparable. MBA will be an added advantage. Strong interest in IT Technologies, Manufacturing, IoT, and Industry 4.0 themes. Techno-functional expert in software development, microservices, cloud enablement, platform design, systems integration. Experience in Software Product Management, Engineering Management and Platform Architecture is desired. Track record of delivering large scale transformations internally or as a service provider is huge plus. Cross-Platform Architect in the Internet of Things space who has designed IOT solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure IoT Hub, PTC Thing works, MindSphere, either all or some of them. Driving Industry 4.0 solution design and delivery, that is centered around Connected Products. IoT Protocols (MQTT, AMQP, CoAP) OT Protocols (not limited to Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, IEC 104). API and Web Service. Device Management, Device Security, OTA & FOTA, Certificate Management. Experience in operational Management systems (BMS, MES, WMS, etc). Application development and integration experience using Java, Python, or Unix languages. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired. Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
