JD for Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Origination and execution of end to end ECM, Private Equity and M&A deals i.e. understanding the business requirements, financial ability, andobjectives, and use market and technical knowledge to identify and articulate investment opportunities.\xef\x82\xb7 Map new markets of potential interest, and identify potentially attractive investment opportunities within those markets to support business growth.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain excellent knowledge of the external environment, market trends, investment opportunities and provide a thorough analysis and explanation (creditratings, share-holdervalue, etc.) on the best investment solutions to the Operating Partner.\xef\x82\xb7 Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies\xef\x82\xb7 Business development for target sectors / clients across public and private market deals.\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying opportunities in the market.\xef\x82\xb7 Building relationships with key players and decision makers in the sector.\xef\x82\xb7 Tracking key developments in the BFSI / Consumer segment/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Fintech/Tech\xef\x82\xb7 Interaction with Research / IBD Product / Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.\xef\x82\xb7 Networking with industry bodies and corporate at appropriate level.Qualification:
