Opportunity to work with a leading global investment bank Opportunity to engage in transactions across the investment spectrum Work on origination and execution of transactions (capital raising, M&A, corporate restructurings) as part of sector / country coverage / M&A Deal Origination: Work with senior bankers on the analysis and development of transaction ideas for discussion with clients In-depth analysis of companies / sectors / transactions - financial modelling, valuation, industry analysis and bench-marking Transaction Execution: Work as an integral member of deal teams on mandated transactions (capital raising, M&A, corporate restructurings) Transaction coordination - both internally as well as with clients / third parties (other banks, law firms, auditors etc.) Financial analysis, valuation and modelling of companies / transaction structures Development of investment thesis (analyst presentations, roadshow presentations, information memorandums etc.) Conduct due diligence and coordinate deal documentation The Successful Applicant Associate: Individuals with 2-4 years of post MBA experience OR 3-5 years of pre-MBA experience in front end investment banking Education from Tier 1 institutes only (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc) or qualified CAs Sectors: IT Services/BFSI/Consumer/Diversified Industrials Vice President: Individuals with 5+ years of post MBA experience Education from Tier 1 institutes only (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc) or qualified CAs Sectors: IT services/BFSI/Consumer/Diversified Industrials Other Skills: Strong financial modelling skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, number oriented and good level of motivation Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Flexibility to work late hours as needed What\'s on Offer Opportunity to work with a leading global investment bank
