Qualifications

Associate Responsibilities:

We expect that an associate on our team will possess natural curiosity, superior communication skills, strong financial modeling, analytical and quantitative capabilities, a keen eye for detail and a passion for infrastructure. This role will allow you to build a strong foundation in core private equity skills and to gain a deep understanding of the value-creation process in infrastructure investments. Importantly, it will prepare you to grow into more senior investment roles within the team.

You will also have opportunities to identify and originate potential investments, to participate in the structuring of complex transactions, to work closely post-investment with management teams of our portfolio companies to create value and eventually to develop and implement strategic initiatives and monetization plans for our investments.
