Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Inventory Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring seamless inventory operations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to uphold efficient supply chain management and support our company\'s commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Monitoring and Tracking:Regularly update and maintain inventory databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of products, materials, and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Ordering and Replenishment:Analyze inventory data to determine optimal reorder points and quantities for different products.
Initiate purchase orders and work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate restocking of inventory.
Coordinate with the procurement team to manage incoming shipments and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality. Data Analysis and Reporting:Generate regular inventory reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock turnover, aging inventory, and stock accuracy.
Identify trends and patterns in inventory data to provide insights for inventory optimization strategies. Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and warehouse, to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and sales projections.
Communicate effectively to address any inventory-related concerns or issues in a timely manner. Process Improvement:Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory management best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Propose and implement process improvements to reduce lead times, increase inventory accuracy, and streamline operations. Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks on incoming shipments to ensure that inventory items meet established quality standards.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or quality concerns. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and inventory metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected inventory challenges.
• Prior experience or internships in inventory management, supply chain, or related roles is a plus.
