This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• As an Inventory Analyst, must have Knowledge on SIOP, Min-Max, Safety Stock methodology, Supplier Vis, Product Line Inventory, PFEP, MMA, Excess and Obsolete Analysis, Inventory Health/Usable Inventory
• The incumbent must ensure all stakeholders are engaged, Min-Max for Purchase Parts are defined, projects are completed. The incumbent will work closely with all stake holders to identify, and implement, tools and functionality which will improve Inventory levels and SIOP business processes.
• The key responsibility of this position includes:
• Maintain PFEP (Oracle Based)
• Calculate Min-Max Set up (Quarterly) and Update Oracle.
• Close Co-ordination with Buyers to ensure Parts are within Min-Max Range Performance
• Inventory Reporting, Month-end Inventory calculations
• Slow-Moving & Non-Moving Analysis and Improvement, Inventory liquidation plan (Slow Moving & No demand)
• GRN Review
• Ensure Inventory Adjustments on time
• Clear Negative Transactions on daily basis, Root cause analysis and Improvement
• Cycle Counting & Adjustment
• Review In-warding Materials
• Hold Material Reduction Meeting with Operations
• Review ERP HC Dials
• REMAN Transactions
• Inventory RF
• Excess & Obsolete Inventory Analysis
• Physical Inventory
• Profit plan Input
• MMA support
• Forecast Uploading to Oracle

• Experience- 5-10 Years in Materials Function as Inventory Analyst
• Educational Qualification- B. Com/B.SC/Diploma/Degree/M.B. A
