Job description : Export Sales Executive Position Overview: Business Development: Identify potential markets and customers for the company\'s steel products in various international regions. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from export sales. Create and maintain marketing collaterals, product catalogues, and sales presentations tailored to the international market. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and partners abroad. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional pre and post-sales support. Export Documentation and Logistics: Ensure compliance with all export regulations and prepare the necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to international destinations. Price Negotiations: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors\' activities and pricing strategies in international markets. Provide market intelligence and feedback to the management to support decision-making. Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and build brand awareness. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and sales forecasts for management review. Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in international sales, specifically in the steel industry, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of steel products, specifications, and applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with export regulations and documentation requirements is a plus.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in export sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet customers and attend trade events.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
