JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive/ Customer Sales Representative We are looking for CSR / LGE to boost our sales by communicating with customers. Agent should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering. JOB DETAILS: \xc2\xb7 Timings \xe2\x80\x93 6:00AM to 3:00PM \xc2\xb7 Week Offs - Sunday \xc2\xb7 Half Day - Saturday \xc2\xb7 Fixed Shifts \xc2\xb7 Pick Up Facility Provided \xc2\xb7 Food Facility Provided \xc2\xb7 Uncapped Weekly and Monthly Incentives \xc2\xb7 Appraisal Program \xc2\xb7 On Spot Offer Closure Requirements \xc2\xb7 For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 3-6months of international outbound experience \xc2\xb7 Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the Sales Department. \xc2\xb7 Great interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional oral and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. \xc2\xb7 Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads. \xc2\xb7 Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits. \xc2\xb7 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements. \xc2\xb7 Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs. \xc2\xb7 Record the customers\xe2\x80\x99 personal information accurately in the computer system. \xc2\xb7 Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
