KEYRESPONSIBILITIES? Generating new Clients in International market.? Maintaining and developing relationship with the existing customers.? Maintaining the interactions with the active foreign clients and identifyingnew clients as well as new business possibilities? Overseas the conversion of products to meet foreign standards andspecifications.? Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, andare expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing withcustomers.? Quotation, order confirmation and all required follow up with client orcustomer for enquiry information.? Providing rates to clients after confirmation from Director.? Making the proper planning of the order, coordinating with purchase anddelivery team.? Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.? Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulationsgoverning the export industry.? MIS Report to be mailed to the Director.? Attending huddle meeting, weekly meeting, monthly meeting and Yearlymeeting on compulsory basis.? Knowledge of Export related documents are necessary.? Work with international brokers who attend international tradeshows andmeetings.? Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trustedadvisor with customers both domestically and abroad.? Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that governmentpolicies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
