Position: International sales executive for automobile industry Industry: Automobile Keywords: Global Sales Specialist International sales Executive International business development Automotive Export Sales Automotive Market development. * LEAD GENERATION * International sales * Business development * Communication Skills Professional English communication Preference: Married female candidate who is looking to restart career in sales field post pregnancy. Should have very proficient English communication Knowledge of other foreign language would have value addition Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales and maximum 2 years of experience only. [we don\xe2\x80\x99t want too senior person] If male candidate then should be looking to really work in a way that he is going to represent country and company at least for 2 years to our customers as international customers do not like to work with different people every now and then. Person should have experience in Lead Generation. Should have knowledge of export terminologies like. INCO TERMS, and basic understanding of Export documentation. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competition in the international automotive market. o Analyze market data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations for product development and pricing strategies. Sales Strategy Development: o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets. Lead Generation: o Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets in international regions. o Utilize various lead generation techniques, including online research, social media, industry events, and cold outreach, to identify prospects. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, dealers, and key customers. o Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Business Development: o Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company\'s presence in international markets. o Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients and partners. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Product Knowledge: o Maintain a deep understanding of the company\'s automotive battery products, features, and benefits. o Educate clients and partners on product specifications and advantages. Order Management o Coordinate with team to keep orders on track and guide them actual requirement Payment Follow up: o Coordination with customer for getting on time payment Attend Clients when they visit our India office Benefits and Perks 5 days working company Incentive scheme on moving shipment of : 20 Feet FCL shipment Period leave for female candidate Other health and wellness benefits Gratuity and Term plan Salary Offered: Anything between 25K to 45K plus incentives.
