\xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Friday (5 days working) About Us: We are a leading freight brokerage company specializing in Container Drayage and over-the-road shipments (OTR). We act as the bridge between shippers and customers, providing seamless transportation solutions for their logistics needs. We are currently looking to expand our team and hire both experienced and fresher candidates to join our team in Patiala for our US-based logistics process. How you can make it: A freight (logistic coordinator) broker is a middle person between a shipper (any company/Customer) who has goods to transport and a carrier (trucking company) who has capacity to move that freight. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound sales calls to build a new shipper base VIA Calls/Emails. 2. Provide customers with shipping quotes and book orders with carriers. 3. Book orders with carriers 4. Generate leads and attract new prospects, developing a robust sales pipeline. 5. Assist in preparing carriers for loads and track the status of loads. 6. Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs. 7. Maintain accurate records of relevant activities and update customers on the status of shipments. 8. Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 9. Stay up-to-date with market trends in the transportation industry. Requirements: 1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Experience in logistics, transportation, or sales is preferred 3. Ability to work in night shifts according to US standard times 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Ability to make outbound calls and send cold emails to onboard new customers. 6. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling is preferred. 7. Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients. 8.
