Management Level Senior Associate

& Summary A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for managing PwC\xe2\x80\x99s financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As part of the team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help with budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, shared services and financing.

Summary:

This role will support the Acceleration Centers -xAC/xSegment Operations team. As a Senior Associate, you will support the implementation of the Acceleration Center\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy through effective management of operations, key business metrics, budget and finance analytics, multiple projects, collaboration, teaming and related efforts.

Minimum Years of Experience:

3 year(s) of progressive roles managing operations, business metrics, accounting or financial analytics, automation and project management

Demonstrating extensive abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:

Understanding and possessing experience in global delivery, distributed global operations and business process solutions, ideally in the service sector

Understanding of finance and organization performance, data extraction/transformation, finance analytics, and visualization approaches

Analyzing and managing transactional financial data, forecast, modeling, and statistical methods in support of data analysis

Leveraging business intelligence software such as Alteryx and PowerBI to develop dashboards and leadership reports

Developing executive summaries, timing plans, budgets, value propositions, and ROI reports

Having experience working with and across internal and relational databases

Gaining quality and efficiency by leveraging automation technology

Managing relationships and working effectively with colleagues from multiple distinct cultural environments globally across diverse functions

Leveraging functional know-how and industry-standard methodologies and tools, alongside new and emerging approaches

Understanding of and commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading practices;

Strong verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
