Intelligent Automation Support Analyst/consultant

Job Description
:
- Work with functional and technical teams to continuously develop and support multiple automation processes and maintain system functionality.
- Resolve and troubleshoot issues and level 1 tickets raised by application users.
- Work with application vendors on function support issues and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business technology team and process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed.
- Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, detect fixes and any process change activities.
- Create and maintain technical design documentation to support development.
- Triage the tickets and document the resolutions.
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in Technology Consulting
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Master's in Computer Application or related field
- Familiarity with any programming language (Python/Java/C#) is preferred
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL
- Good logical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge in any of the automation and analytical tools/technologies (Automation Anywhere/UiPath/BluePrism, Alteryx, Power Bi, Power Apps, Ephesoft) will be an added advantage
- Exposure in developing client-based or web-based software solutions
