- Demonstrate knowledge of courseware development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe
- Demonstrate excellent writing and project management skills
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels
- Understand learning needs and project specifications
- Ability to write crisp and effective instruction
- Created and revised storyboards for various delivery formats\xe2\x80\x94ILT/CBT/WBT
- Worked with graphic designers and programmers in developing the end product within given
- Craft and communicate design recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adopt design thinking approaches and mindsets to solve complex learning challenges.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (encourage those with degrees in Psychology,
- 4+ years of experience in the field of learning and development
- Exposure to modern-day instructional-design techniques and continuous learning practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
