Hiring for Instructional Designer position. Roles n Responsibility:-

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content that aligns with our overall business objectives and growth goals
• Have the ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and effective content across all channels and formats
• Continuously experiment and test new content formats to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
• Analyzing source content provided by subject matter experts to create storyboards and simulations or design directly onto our learning platform (SkillsAlpha)
• Creating high standards (\xe2\x80\x98what good looks like\xe2\x80\x99) for all content types, and championing them
• Producing course modules/units on time and on budget and aligning those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy and business goals.
• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances learner engagement, knowledge retention and transfer.
• Designing learning activities, assignments, and assessments where relevant
• Visualizing instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product where those visual aids are not available.
• Creating supporting material/media for courses (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, transcripts, handouts, etc.)
• Managing and supporting video production process working with internal/external production teams
• Maintaining quality of course content during the entire process from storyboarding to delivery \xe2\x80\x93 content writing if required and proofreading
• Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content. Be aware of various training methodologies and advancements.
• Demonstrate excellent language and communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Background/Experience/Qualifications we seek:

• 4-6+ years of experience in developing curriculum or training content, such as presentations, facilitator guide, participant guide, e-learning modules, session plans, takeaways, videos, quizzes, and assessments
• Experience with Content Packaging and Sequencing on Native learning Management Systems
• Consultancy background is preferred.
