Key Responsibilities:

Development of training materials in the use and maintenance of the software and related products

Utilize and repurpose current company products, tools, videos, and documentation to create on-demand learning modules
Create quizzes, assessments, and knowledge-checks to supplement the training
Track time and expenses as required
Perform other related duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Experience Required:

3-5 years of instructional design across a variety of mediums (video, eLearning, ILT, VILT)
Demonstrated ability in instructional design and knowledge of adult learning principles

Experience with eLearning author ware Captivate 2019 and/or Articulate Storyline preferred

Candidate Characteristics:

Candidate should be very comfortable taking instruction and feedback via ZOOM meeting communication
Candidate must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Candidate must be a self-starter able to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment

Candidate must be able to work independently with normal or little direct daily supervision
