Come grow with us! : Crowe is looking for a dynamic Instructional Designer with experience creating innovative and high-impact learning solutions for clients. In collaboration with other Learning team members, the Instructional Designer provides Crowe business units (e.g., Audit, Tax, Consulting, etc.) with course design solutions by creating effective and engaging learning products informed by desired learning outcomes. This role of Instructional Design Senior Associate will be accountable for analyzing needs and determining the appropriate solution while working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the firmwide learning team. The role involves consulting with learning and business leaders from diverse disciplines to identify course goals and applicable evidence-based instructional strategies. An area of focus will be the integration of innovative online and technology-enhanced course components to enhance learning across different delivery modes. The Instructional Design Senior Associate should have strong planning, communication and coordination abilities and be capable of working across cross functional teams to develop extraordinary learning experiences for our people using the underlying source documents (such as Firm guidance, accounting standards, previous training materials). This person needs to be results driven and be able to manage complex and high-pressure situations. Successful candidates will have experience working on multiple projects, bringing learning designs to life using traditional as well as new learning strategies and excellent customer relationship skills.

• Create effective conceptual design, detailed design documentation, instructor and participant materials in very technically oriented topics
• Work with team members to design, support and maintain strategic initiatives including but not limited to program evaluations, course maintenance, and process documentation
• Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to deliver solutions that are cost-effective, easy-to-create and maintain, visually and instructionally compelling and provide a rewarding experience for the learner
• Execute the development and delivery of solutions (end to end) with strong attention to detail and timely implementation.
• Leverage technology knowledge and skills innovatively across different content development and delivery engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Education or related field
• At least 2-3 years developing e-learning solutions that are based on industry recognized adult learning theory and e-learning design
• Experience designing and developing in Articulate 360 and Camtasia for SCORM-based digital solutions
• Experience with virtual learning platforms (e.g. ON24, Adobe Connect, etc.)
• Experience working with video such as capturing video content and basic editing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products
• Effective and appropriate written and verbal US business communication skills in business environment.
• Comfortable with fast paced, high productivity work environments with flexibility in handling changing requirements.
