AceL is more than half a decade old e-Learning solution provider. We create content for K-12,
Higher Education, Corporate Learning, Government Learning and Executive Learning. Responsibilities

• Excellent comprehension skills to read the source content (textbook chapter) and be able to compress it into a gist keeping the learning objectives in mind.
• Excellent writing skills to write the script for the video.
• Excellent visualization skills to then create a storyboard that fits all the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements within the given timelines.
• With multi-tasking abilities at one point, the ID will be required to script, storyboard, and implement fixes swiftly within the deadlines
• Develop learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e-learning
• Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies
• Maintain a good working relationship with SMEs, graphic designers, reviewers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and Web-based instructional content
• Review all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc.
• Develop, design, and other documents related to course creation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A certified Instructional Designer
• Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
• Have an eye for detail & reviewing skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Flexible and adaptable to fluctuating workflow levels.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment.
• Exceptional at problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Customer service focused

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in understanding of end-to-end F&A process
• Ability to influence people internal/external customers, Operations, and Finance partners
• Ambitious individual who can work in their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
