Key Responsibilities: 1 Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to identify learning objectives, target audience, and performance gaps. Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most appropriate instructional strategies and solutions. 2 Curriculum Design: Design and develop instructional materials, including curriculum outlines, lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities. Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and follows established instructional design models and best practices. 3 Content Development: Create engaging and interactive learning content, leveraging multimedia elements, simulations, scenarios, videos, and assessments.
