This role is pivotal in shaping the educational landscape, requiring the development and implementation of our unique pedagogical approach across NatureNurture partner schools in India. You will be at the forefront of educational reform, playing a key role in content creation, educator training, and overall improvement of the teaching-learning experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop innovative and effective curriculum content aligned with NatureNurture\'s philosophy for various educational boards. 2. Educator Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for educators, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver the curriculum effectively. 3. Observation and Audit: Regularly observe classroom sessions and conduct audits to ensure adherence to the curriculum and teaching standards. 4. Continuous Skill Enhancement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement among educators. 5. Implementation and Feedback: Oversee the implementation of the learning program in partner schools and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead by example and collaborate with school leaders and educators to drive educational excellence. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in curriculum development and/or teacher training. - Familiarity with various educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to travel to partner schools across India.
