Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conduct instructional needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Develop learning objectives that are aligned with the needs of the learners and the organization. \xc2\xb7 Design and develop instructional materials, such as e-learning courses, instructor-led training programs, and job aids. \xc2\xb7 Select and implement appropriate learning technologies and tools. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary changes. \xc2\xb7 Exposure to developing for different learning mediums would be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content \xc2\xb7 Must review the storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering to client. \xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for creating E- Learning modules. \xc2\xb7 Develops eLearning courses using the authoring tools. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for producing the course slides / modules. \xc2\xb7 Creating Illustrations, Animations, and Simulations if required. \xc2\xb7 Developing course content, creating instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, videos, and eLearning modules, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of developing different learning solutions, such as ILTs, simulations, online courses, etc \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to adapt to the project development process \xc2\xb7 Desire to learn new technologies and applications as required by the business \xc2\xb7 Effective verbal and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents. \xc2\xb7 Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience \xc2\xb7 Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with course management systems. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS) Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Any Degree related to Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 1 or 2+ years of experience in instructional design. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of learning theory and principles. \xc2\xb7 Experience with a variety of learning technologies and tools. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
